Hi, I’m Bhavana, an astrologer and astrology teacher specialising in the Parashari and Jaimini systems. I also offer Tarot and Lenormand card readings. With over 20 years in the corporate and business world, I bring both practical experience and a deep understanding of how our lives are shaped by changing cultural landscapes. My journey into astrology began early, as I grew up in a home where my mother’s fascination with astrology and palmistry made these mystical sciences a natural part of my life. I formally began my study of Jyotish under the guidance of Guruji Shri E K Dhilip Kumar. I’ve earned the Jyotish Praveena and Jyotish Visharad certifications from the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS) and now have the honour of teaching at ICAS (Chennai Chapter). I continued studying Jyotish with Shri Penny Farrow, a student of Shri Hart DeFouw and Shri K N Rao. I learned Jaimini under the tutelage of Shri Marc Boney, another dedicated Shri K N Rao student. Like many of you, I was drawn to astrology, seeking answers. Through studying Jyotisha, I’ve discovered a tool that helps us look within, recognise our strengths, and understand our life paths. I believe this divine science is a gift that allows us to truly know ourselves.
