E K Dhilip Kumar, an accomplished astrologer with over 30 years of experience, embarked on his astrological journey during his tenure at NIIT in 1985. Encountering an astrological software, he input his birth details and was astounded by the mathematical logic embedded in astrology. This revelation transformed his perspective, leading him to dive into the world of astrology.

E K Dhilip Kumar's influence extended globally, as he provided astrological consultations and delivered lectures in Germany, Holland, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka. A visionary, he crafted the groundbreaking DIPA Astro Diary and DIPA Astro Calendar. Since 1999, he has consistently produced the world's sole Vedic Astrology Diary, renowned for its comprehensiveness and user-friendliness, making it an excellent corporate New Year offering.

His commitment to community service is exemplified by his active engagement as a Rotarian since 2002. He joined the esteemed Rotary Club of Chennai, where his dedication led him to ascend to the position of Club President during the Rotary Year 2009-10. Notably, he demonstrated his unwavering support by becoming a Major Donor to the Rotary Foundation in the same year, showcasing his dedication to the organization's humanitarian endeavours.
With a 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications, E K Dhilip Kumar contributed his expertise as a faculty member and programmer at NIIT, Trichy. Following his departure from NIIT, he became a prolific writer for BV Raman's Astrological Magazine and Star Teller of Indian Express. His altruism shone as he offered free consultations from 1990 to 1995, during which he conducted extensive research on diverse topics including divorce, childlessness, vocational guidance, and karmic ailments.
