The rules and combinations of planetary positions vis-a-vis the Ascendant (Lagna) were given to us by very Ancient Sages. What we now know as Ancient Astrology is due to the teachings of Maharishi Parasara (5000 years ago), Sage Bhrigu, Maharishi Jaimini and other sages. Or belief in Astrology is not just a matter of faith that the Maharishis are special people who gave us this divine knowledge and therefore Astrology is a truth about human life.
We are told that Lord Shiva had many discussions with Sages on this eternal knowledge - Vedic Astrology. Also it has been recorded that Sri Krishna according to Mahabharata had great admiration for Sahadeva, the youngest of the Pandavas and had several horoscope readings done by Sahadeva. This does not mean that Sri Krishna did not know what was in store, but He wanted people to know that this is one of the methods if you want to understand what is Karma.
What I have observed.
Every time I did a horoscope reading for a client for the first time on a Saturday, or when the star ruling the day belonged to Saturn or if the date of consultation happened to be 8 or 17 or 26 (adds to 8) then I always noticed one of the following.
In the horoscope at least 1 or all of the below happens on the date of consultation.
My observations during the consultation.
- The client was in a Sade Sati the 7.5 years Saturn (popular or notorious )
- The client was in Saturn Maha-Dasha and Saturn Antar-dasha
- The client was in a Saturn Antardasha
- The client was born in the 8th star Pushyami, the 17th star Anuradha, the 26th star Uttarabhadra.
Believe it not..... during the last 32 years as a professional Astrologer at least one of the conditions was fulfilled. Interestingly while I found at least one of the above always tallied with the client, sometimes I noticed if the client was going through a tougher time, more than one condition applied on the same date. For example the person was going through Sade Sati and also Saturn Mahadasha at the same time.
This is called SYNCHRONICITY which is a term invented by Carl Jung a famous psychiatrist. However this concept has been used in India for countless centuries especially in connection with divination.
To everything there is a rhyme and reason.
