The Mystery of the Emerald Ring : A True Story

As a celebrity Astrologer, my life is dedicated to reading the cosmic script written in the stars using a Vedic Astrology chart. Over the decades, I have analyzed thousands of birth charts for people from all walks of life. Usually, I am the one delivering the eye-opening revelations. But years ago, the tables turned completely. The exact calendar date of this incident has faded from my memory. However, the planetary timeline is permanently etched in my mind. It happened during my Jupiter Dasha – Mars Antardasha. If you are wondering how I could possibly remember the exact sub-period of a time long gone, the answer lies in an extraordinary encounter with a client from Mumbai.

On a busy weekend, a lady named Savitri (name changed for privacy) came to my office. She had travelled all the way from Mumbai for a one-hour, in-person horoscope consultation. We spent the hour diving deep into her chart, and the session went exceptionally well. As we wrapped up, she hesitated for a moment. "Guruji, can I ask you a question?" "Of course," I replied, expecting a standard follow-up about her remedies. Instead, she looked at me and asked, "Guruji, are you currently going through a Mars Antardasha?" 

I sat back in my chair, completely shocked. As an Astrologer, I have spent my career impressing people by revealing hidden truths. Now, it was my turn to be thoroughly impressed. I was indeed in my Jupiter-Mars period. Curious, I asked her, "How on heaven do you know that?" She pointed to my right hand and said, "I noticed that you have a skin infection right beneath the emerald ring on your little finger."

I questioned her, "Who taught you all this?" She answered, "Guruji, you did, through the many client stories you shared about how karma operates when people tried to use astrological  remedies to alter karma."  She went on to narrate some of the most interesting stories from my Wordpress articles. I asked her to explain her logic, and her reply was a brilliant application of my own teachings. "I remember you explaining in your lectures how karma creates obstacles," Savitri said. "You taught us that during a planetary period, if the ruling planet is hostile toward the planet of your protective gemstone, it will create obstacles to force you to remove that lucky gemstone or cause it to break or get lost forever. Since the emerald and the little finger are ruled by Mercury, and Mars treats Mercury as its enemy, I reasoned you must be going through a Mars period right now. Mars is trying to force you to take off the emerald ring, and that cosmic friction is causing your skin rash." Her deduction was absolutely flawless. I was delighted that my own teachings were proven by my client using my horoscope. 

The moment my Mars Antardasha began, a severe skin rash erupted right under my emerald ring. I visited a top skin specialist who prescribed tablets and ointments. Instead of healing, the rash grew worse. Frustrated, I shifted the emerald ring to my left-hand little finger. Within days, the rash erupted there too. My doctor confidently declared, "You have developed a late-onset contact allergy to the metal or the gemstone."
